We collect information needed to operate KryptoSMS:

• Account information such as username, email address, optional phone number, country, password authentication data, and account settings

• Wallet, transaction, order, virtual number, SMS receipt, refund, and support records

• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, log data, cookies, and security signals

• Payment status and checkout details from payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials

• Messages you send to us through contact, support, or account forms

We use information to:

• Create, secure, and manage user accounts

• Provide virtual number, SMS receipt, wallet, order, and refund features

• Process automatic top-ups and payment confirmations through payment providers

• Respond to support requests and service questions

• Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms

• Improve reliability, security, pricing, and service availability

• Send account, security, transactional, and permitted marketing messages

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed for:

We keep information only as long as needed for service operation, security, records, disputes, tax/accounting, and legal compliance:

• SMS messages and order data may be kept only for the period needed to provide the service, resolve issues, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

• Account information is kept while the account remains active or as needed after closure

• Transaction and payment records may be kept for accounting, dispute, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes

• Technical logs are kept for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed

We may send service emails about your account, orders, wallet, security, policy updates, and support requests. If we send marketing emails, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contacting us. Transactional and security messages may still be sent when needed for the service.

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also ask us to review certain privacy choices or opt out of marketing emails. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may keep information when allowed or required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, records, or legal compliance.

KryptoSMS is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use the service. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

KryptoSMS is operated under United States law. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and by service providers in other locations where privacy rules may differ from those in your country.
